Messy Munchers

An informal one hour session about what foods to give baby and when. See how easy it can be to wean your baby with a demonstration of Fun First Foods.

This session is for parents/carers of babies from around 0-12 months. The session is based around Health Scotland’s Fun First Foods providing information and tips on what, when and how to wean baby, with a demonstration on how to make some of the recipes. This is ideal for parents/carers to attend before baby starts weaning, but not essential.
